FRBP 9006 provides for time computation, enlargement and reduction of
terms. Commentary: Within the LBR we
have a number of events for which the term within which to act is expressed
by a sole reference to the number of days, no qualifier is provided such as
business day (BD) or working days (WD). Pursuant National Rule 9006, if the
period of time is less than 8 days (hence between 1 and 7 days) intermediate
Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays shall be excluded in the computation. |
